Woodlawn Hospital is a non-profit, 25 bed Critical Access facility located in Rochester, IN. It is surrounded by 33 wooded acres, which can be viewed from all private patient rooms. We are looking for a Chief Nursing Officer who is just as passionate as we are about providing the best medical care in the safest environment. Successful candidate will have a current Indiana RN license in good standing. A Master’s degree in nursing preferred or other appropriate postgraduate degree is required. Must have and maintain a BLS certification. Candidate will have the ability to assess and command emergency situations and readily adapt to change. Must have knowledge and demonstrated ability to interpret Hospital Licensure Rules as required by State Board of Health and CMS, HFAP accreditation standards and OSHA. Must demonstrate ability using basic financial mechanisms of expense and revenue accountability in a hospital-based environment. Will have the oversight responsibility for the provision of effective high quality and safe patient care for the patient population that is served by this organization.
