DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Receives members in person and by telephone, provides general Credit Union information, operates on – line teller terminal, receives and processes counter transactions, expedites business by mail, and balances cash and transactions at close of business.
Meets all sales and member service goals as established.
Maintains current knowledge of all credit union products.
Identifies cross-sell opportunities and educates members on credit union products.
Receive members personally and by telephone at assigned counter station.
Provides general Credit Union information on all Credit Union services or policies.
Disburses advances or withdrawals either by cash or check.
Operates on – line terminal, and provides information on status of accounts (such as next pay due date, funds availability, etc.).
Balances on – line teller terminal and cash or check transactions, and other monetary transactions (Visa payments, etc.).
Helps other departments when necessary.
Process coins, as necessary.
Performs such duties as may be commensurate with the position of Teller, and as assigned by Supervisor
