We're seeking full-time entry to mid-level technician to support our clients in Ft. Wayne, IN.
Applicants must be acclimated to working alone in a data center environment.
Detailed record and time keeping accountability and documentation is a must.
Work requires basic networking and computer repair skills.
Regular shift work Monday thru Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and on call after hours availability a must.
This position is responsible for providing first level support for IT support requests, this includes hardware and software troubleshooting as well as recording, tracking and following up on the status of each IT support ticket.
We also have offices in Columbus, OH and Minneapolis, MN

So who are we looking for?
The ideal candidate is someone who likes problem solving tasks based on level of importance through our ticketing system. Most tickets are solved via email and electronic connectivity but calls with the client are also part of problem solving. You'll be working with our dispatch team and techs to resolve support issues ranging from client installs and remote monitoring to restoring data and delivering business continuity.
You'll be working out of the data center in Ft. Wayne with remote supervision.
The quality of your work and attention to detail is what we measure success by. So if you like to put your head down and solve problems without someone constantly looking over your shoulder this is the position for you.
