Obtain assigned monthly targets through effective use of our 5 step sales process. Continued building of pipeline . Grow current by selling new accounts.
Primary People Contacts:
Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of business contacts, such as owners, CEO, CFO, IT Directors, purchasing agents, office managers etc.….and be active in the community.
Behavioral Traits, Attitudes and Skills Required:
The successful candidate will have a true “hunter” mentality. The successful candidate should also possess the ability to overcome and adapt, using creativity and dogged determination. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, persuasive, friendly, high energy for making sales calls. Good people skills, ability to learn quickly, excellent time management and organizational skills, ability to multitask, perform detail work, ability to overcome objections, adaptable to change, and the ability to work as part of a team.

College graduates preferred (with emphasis towards sales, marketing or management), or previous proven sales experience, preferably in a “startup” environment. – must love technology or background in selling technology.
Compensation Method and Range (Advancement Opportunities):
We offer a strong Competency Based salary program plus lucrative commissions with $50,000 - $85,000 first year income potential. Medical and Car Allowance PLUS many other great benefits as well as "Employee Ownership"
