Glenbrook Automotive Group is now hiring extremely talented and professional Business Development Representatives to handle in/outbound calls and setting appointments for customers.
Call center, collections, and/or automotive knowledge is helpful but not required. You will join a small team in a highly collaborative and upbeat department.
This is a full time position that requires the flexibility to work rotating schedules to include every other Saturday.

• Inbound sales calls from new and existing customers to schedule appointments
• Outbound calls and emails/chats to customers to increase sales appointments
• Confirm customer appointments
• Reschedule missed appointments
• 80% outbound calling to existing customers - 20% inbound calls
• Log all customer information
• Polished and professional appearance--must be extremely well spoken and naturally persuasive
• Confident personality
• Ability to adapt to and use phone scripts
• Computer, Internet and Social Media savvy
• Ability to meet/exceed monthly goals
• Flexibility to work rotating weekends
• Ability to collaborate and interact well with team members
• Must understand what "We can make it happen" means
• Confident and professional phone manner
• Strong computer and Internet skills
• Collections, Customer Service, Retails Sales inside sales experience is a plus
• Self-starter, excellent follow-up, and positive customer satisfaction results
