To ensure prompt and courteous service for all customers and potential customers (including walk-in and phone calls). The canidate must be able to look up parts applications in the extensive parts catalog or by computerized database. Other functions include the ability to effectively understand and communicate company policies; follow and adhere to all safety rules including the handling of hazardous materials; ability to operate and utilize telephone system, handle cash and paperwork. There is direct contact with our customers, therefore a neat appearance and ability to establish and maintain good relations with customers by providing courteous, professional service is important. Must be able to lift and move parts and boxes.
