The duties of this position include customer service, answering the phone, resident trust transactions, and assisting the admissions coordinator with after hours admissions, tours and inquiries. Job Qualifications
High school diploma, accounting training preferred. At least two years working in admissions or business office preferable in long-term care setting. Excellent customer service skills, perform basic accounting functions, use of Excel and other Microsoft Office programs, strong verbal communicationskills.
