Job Description Under the direction of the Administrative Director of Nursing and/or Chief Nursing Officer, functions as inhouse administrator during absences of Nursing Management, as assigned, serving as a hospital and medical staff resource to provide assistance regarding staffing, personnel, and patient issues affecting hospital’s delivery of quality patient care. Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse; CPR (Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation) within three (3) months of hire Experience: Four to five years of clinical nursing experience which included two years in a supervisory role Education: Completion of a nursing program from an accredited school of nursing; bachelors degree in related field or plan in progress.
