Job Description Supervises, oversees and coordinates Nursing and other departmental operations and activities on the evening, night and weekend shifts to maintain continuity of care. Guides, directs and assists Nursing personnel to assess, plan and maintain continuity of care according to established Standards of Nursing Practice. Through cost effective resource management, the House Supervisor maintains ongoing operations on a shift-to-shift basis and through open communications is able to positively impact public perceptions of the Hospital. Directs and coordinates all activities in the absence of Managers and Hospital Administration. Promotes good public relations with patients, families and personnel Job Requirements Licensure: Current licensure in the State of Indiana as a Registered Nurse in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act.
Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
Education: Graduate of an approved/accredited School of Nursing (RN).
Other: CPR certification within 30 days of hire and maintain.
