Job Description Under the administrative direction of the Network Director of Physician Services, supports the development and implementation of the overall medical staff development plan for the Lutheran Health Network . Develops and maintains positive working relationships, coordinates physician recruitment efforts, succession and transition planning and a variety of other physician needs. Develops and implements effective strategies and tactics to recruit physicians needed in the service area, including managing various marketing channels. Negotiates, prepares, monitors and administers all aspects of various physician agreements.
Supports the physician services team in all other related activities/programs; i.e., facilitating space contract needs, a variety of outreach programs and business plan development. Serves as an ongoing network professional resource to physicians and offices.

Three years of experience working with physicians in the health care service arena
and building alliances through clinical, marketing or practice management plus a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration or related area
Bachelor’s degree may be waived in lieu of7 years of experience directly related tohealthcare recruitment,or physicianpractice management activities.
