Job Description Manages the program and staff of the wound care services department. Develops and implements wound care services in accordance with the policies of the hospital and the directives of the medical staff. Monitors patient progress and treatment plans. Responsible for the education of clinical staff.
Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. Five (5) years of experience. Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
