Job Description Under the immediate supervision of the Supervisor, Collections, Patient Financial Services, provides support in the research of all patient accounts that have been filed with an insurance company. Provides assistance in other related special projects. Performs miscellaneous office support functions. An equal opportunity employer. Education: Minimum of a high school diploma or its equivalent (GED) with additional course work or training in office operations including typing, personal computer use, filing, and office procedures.
