Job Description Responsible for managing the quality management program to include development, implementation, data collection and analysis; identify and resolve quality improvement issues; ensure compliance with internal and external quality improvement standards; gather data and prepare reports as needed; analyze trends to identify quality assurance issues.
Job Requirements Licensure: Must have current licensure in field of clinical expertise as listed in “Education” below. No license required for bachelor’s degree in Health Administration.
Experience: Five years’ progressive experience in healthcare administration with general knowledge of all aspects of continuous quality improvement.
Education: Associate’s degree from an accredited college in Nursing or Radiology, or Bachelor’s degree in any clinical specialty as Physical/Occupation/Speech Therapy, Medical Technologist, Pharmacist or Health Administration.
Other: Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must have current knowledge of JCAHO and State Board requirements, and keep current.
Must have computer skills necessary to develop and maintain quality improvement reporting.
